The second session of the Inter-Provincial/Regional Councils entered into its final preparatory phase at Comas, Peru.

The General Council arrived first in the midst of our family feast days, February 2-3. Our Peruvian Sisters welcomed us warmly as did the temperature!

I do not have to insist on why we have chosen to come here for our meeting.

Our session was meant to be more experimental that theoretical.

All our senses participated in this experience.

We have SEEN, LISTENED, TASTED, FELT, TOUCHED

This is the theme chosen by our Sister Vilma Llamoctanta Aria to give meaning and an orientation to the generous gift that she made to the Lord the day of her first profession.

We had the joy of spending a few hours in the company of these women and men, happy to be part of the Marie Rivier Family.  Their love for our Blessed as well as their gratitude toward the sister who accompany them  were very evident.
